Are you aware of the constant wifi bombardment we are exposed to on a daily basis? From our homes to our workplaces, and most all public spaces, it’s near impossible to escape. For years now studies have linked prolonged exposure to EMF radiation from wifi devices to major oxidative stress, cancer, brain disorders, chronic fatigue, heart disease, the list goes on. And yet it’s mostly ignored.

As a society, we’ve become desensitized to the dangers of EMF radiation. We’re bombarded with it everywhere and have accepted it as a normal part of our daily lives. But it’s important to remember that our bodies are electrical, and the constant exposure to EMF radiation can disrupt the natural electrical activity in our body.

It’s crucial to take steps to reduce our exposure as much as possible, especially in our own homes which should be a sanctuary from harmful radiation. Children are especially susceptible to the negative effects of EMF radiation due to their developing bodies and brains.

Here are some steps you can take:

1. Limit your use of wifi-enabled devices. Power them down when not in use, especially at bedtime.

2. Move your wifi router away from living areas and bedrooms. Turn it off at night.

3. Hardwire your devices when possible.

5. Keep your phone on airplane mode when not in use. Especially if it’s next to you while sleeping.

Don’t accept EMF radiation as a given, take action to reduce your exposure.
